Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy in Spokane

What should one expect from a visit to a practitioner of cranial sacral therapy?

During your first session, I’ll ask why you’re here, what you’re hoping to accomplish, history of injuries along with questions about your symptoms, what quality living means to you and lifestyle habits.

Treatment includes gentle hands-on manipulation of the cranial bones and the sacrum (tailbone), as well as other tense areas of the body.

Depending on need, I might use additional holistic therapy techniques as well to enhance the goals set for the treatment protocol I create from diagnostic assessments.

The overall effect of a treatment session can be very calming. Some report sensations of warmth and/or tingling throughout their bodies during treatment and it’s not uncommon for people to fall asleep during the session.

All visits last 45 minutes to an hour.
